The 30-Second Power Cycle

Unplug your CJS Fiber Modem from the power outlet. Wait exactly 30 seconds, then plug it back in. Wait 2-3 minutes for the lights to stabilize. This fixes 90% of connectivity issues.

Check the LOS Light

Is there a blinking red light labeled 'LOS' on your modem?

Bypass the WiFi

If your WiFi is slow, try connecting a laptop directly to the modem via a LAN cable. If the speed is normal via cable, your WiFi router may be experiencing interference from thick walls or other appliances.
