Subscribers have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their data by contacting our local support office.

1. Service Provision (Konektadong Pinoy Act)

CJS IT Solutions commits to open access standards. We provide fiber connectivity as advertised, maintaining transparency in billing and service quality.

2. Net Neutrality

We do not throttle, block, or favor specific internet traffic. All data transmitted through our network is treated equally.

3. Subscription & Termination

Monthly recurring fees are due on the 5th of every month. Service may be suspended after 7 days of non-payment. No hidden termination fees apply beyond the return of provided equipment.

4. Equipment

The provided ONU/Modem remains the property of CJS IT Solutions. Subscribers are responsible for its safe-keeping.
